These terms govern your use of the KF Structural Consultants Ltd website and client project portal ("the Service"). By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal or using the project portal, you agree to these terms.
The Service lets you request quotes, accept fee proposals, track the progress of your project, exchange information and files with us, view your invoice and receive your completed documents. We may update or improve the Service at any time.
Drawings, calculations and other deliverables remain our intellectual property until paid for in full, after which you are granted a licence to use them for the agreed project. Documents must not be reused for other projects, copied or altered without our written consent.
The Service integrates with third parties such as our accounting (QuickBooks) and, where used, payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
Our professional services are provided under our separate engagement terms and professional indemnity arrangements. Nothing in these website terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or portal.
We handle your data in line with our Privacy Notice.
